The Plaza Dental Discount Program provides a discount on every procedure we offer. There are no "non-covered services" or "frequency limitations." You can rest assured that you will receive the very best treatment and dental services with either of our Plaza Dental discount plans.

Our goal is to provide affordable dental care to those without dental insurance. For more information, or if you have questions about either plan, please don't hesitate to give us a call.

Plaza Gold

Included with your plan, you will receive one cleaning, one exam, and one set of x-rays with an annual membership fee (a $420 value)
33% off all preventive services
28% off all restorative services
Annual membership fee of $160

Plaza Platinum

Included with your plan, you will receive two cleanings, two exams, and one set of x-rays with an annual membership fee (a $590 value)
38% off all preventive services
33% off all restorative services
Annual membership fee of $275

Payment Options

Both Plaza plans require an annual contract. Discounts begin the day your plan is purchased. We accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.
