Office Policies

Emergency Policy

We maintain a 24-hour answering service at 814-868-5411 for patients of record. We believe emergency care is our responsibility to accept and will treat emergencies at the earliest possible time.

Payment Policy

We expect payment at the time services are rendered unless arrangements have been made in advance. We accept insurance payments for their portion of the fee and will do our best to give an estimate for the patient's portion.

New Patient Exam Policy

We schedule non-emergency, new patients for an initial exam, which includes a full periodontal (gum) evaluation, digital x-rays, oral cancer screening, and overall dental oral health evaluation. It is the patients responsibility to complete the New Patient Registration at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled appointment. A cleaning appointment will be scheduled after the new patient exam is completed. This overall visit will be approximately 60 minutes. New patient same day cancellations or no shows will not be rescheduled.
